WeightWatchers Clinic shoppers may now encounter the Med+ name and a mix of medication-access and behavior-change features. Before choosing an alternative, distinguish the medical program from a standard WeightWatchers membership.

The current Med+ offer separates the first-month promotion, the remaining membership term, and the medication bill. This guide compares those obligations with programs that use different care and payment models.

THE SHORT ANSWER

Compare medical access, the nutrition tools you will use, and the complete membership term before adding the medicine price. CoreAge Rx holds the first sponsored position; that does not establish that it best meets every criterion.

What to know first

  • Compare medical access, the nutrition tools you will use, and the complete membership term before adding the medicine price.
  • CoreAge Rx is the first listing through a disclosed commercial arrangement.
  • Confirm the proposed product, care arrangement, and complete written payment terms.

How this shortlist was selected

CoreAge Rx is number one because it is our featured commercial partner. That position is predetermined by our commercial relationship, and we may earn compensation through its links. Other entries illustrate relevant care and payment models; their order is not a ranking of medication quality, safety, or patient outcomes.

Compare medical access, the nutrition tools you will use, and the complete membership term before adding the medicine price. We used the provider documents linked beside each entry, checked September 21, 2026. We did not purchase treatment, test private accounts, audit every license, or measure response times. The product and current written quote for your own care still need confirmation. Read our review method.

01. CoreAge Rx — featured partner

Our featured self-pay commercial comparison. Its offer should be assessed as a prescription-care pathway, without assuming it includes the same WeightWatchers tools or group support.

The current sale page advertises semaglutide from $99 per month and tirzepatide from $149 per month, with no membership fee. Those are advertised starting figures, not a personalized checkout quote. The plan length and total amount due must be read alongside the monthly equivalent.

The sale page says CoreAge works with U.S. compounding pharmacies and describes 503A facilities. A category of pharmacy is not a substitute for the name, address, and state license of the pharmacy filling your own prescription. Request that information before deciding.

02. Noom Med

A relevant comparison if behavior-change tools are central to your decision. Make sure you are comparing Noom Med and the chosen medication pathway, not just an app subscription.

The page advertises a direct-access GLP-1 pathway starting at $79 and an insurance-related pathway starting at $39 plus the patient’s medication cost. These describe different options; they should not be collapsed into one ongoing price.

Noom’s page says prescriptions may be coordinated through a pharmacy or shipped, depending on the program and circumstances. Ask for the assigned dispenser and exact product rather than assuming every Noom Med plan uses one pharmacy.

03. Found

Offers cash-pay and insured arrangements with different consultation formats. Its own prepaid and 28-day-cycle terms need the same close reading as a Med+ commitment.

Found advertises $99 for its insurance pathway and $169 for cash pay on 12-month prepaid plans, while describing billing in 28-day cycles. Its monthly-plan figures are $199 with insurance and $289 cash pay. Insurance visits can add copays; branded medication costs are separate.

Ask for the total upfront charge, number of covered 28-day cycles, medication, and visit copays. A low insured-plan headline is neither proof of drug coverage nor a complete branded-drug price.

04. Calibrate

A comparison for scheduled individual coaching and a structured curriculum. Count the initial membership obligation, prescription cost, and labs separately.

Calibrate lists membership at $199 per month with a three-month initial commitment: $597 paid in monthly installments. Lab tests and prescription medicines are excluded from that membership price.

Insurance assistance does not guarantee a covered prescription. Review the commitment, medication and lab costs, and the separate conditions attached to any advertised money-back offer.

05. Shapely

A candidate for readers prioritizing provider video visits and dietitian access. Verify those services under your particular payment pathway.

Shapely lists a $49 first self-pay membership month followed by $99 per month. Medication is excluded, and the site separately lists medication starting prices and possible lab charges. Its insured pathway requires an individual coverage check.

Confirm which visits your plan covers and which services belong to the selected membership. Acceptance of an insurance plan does not establish coverage of a weight-loss prescription.

06. ZipHealth

A branded-treatment comparison with an explicitly separate clinical-service fee. Ask how often that fee applies before putting its medication headline beside a membership-based program.

ZipHealth advertises personalized weight-loss programs from $149 per month plus a $79 clinical-service-and-support fee per treatment. Its medication figures are estimates and depend on the selected product and pharmacy.

Ask how often the $79 fee applies and obtain a complete treatment quote. If arriving from the former Levity service, confirm the new contract and support arrangements instead of assuming the old subscription continues unchanged.

Check the official ZipHealth program page for the current offer and conditions.

The current WeightWatchers Med+ (Clinic) baseline

WeightWatchers Med+ advertises a $25 first membership month on a six- or 12-month plan. Subsequent membership is $84 per month on the six-month plan or $74 on the 12-month plan. GLP-1 medication costs are additional.

The current Med+ page describes virtual clinician visits, insurance and affordability support, nutrition tools, and ongoing check-ins. A WeightWatchers app membership alone is not the same medical service.

Check the full membership term and its automatic renewal. A medication promotion, a Med+ introductory charge, and insurance approval each have separate conditions.

The details that decide this comparison

The $25 introductory Med+ membership month is not a $25 GLP-1 prescription. Check the six- or 12-month term and the subsequent membership charge.

Decide whether group support and food-tracking tools are important to you. Paying for several overlapping apps can obscure the actual medical-care cost.

For branded medication, confirm the product-specific offer and pharmacy price. An advertised starting figure can depend on eligibility or change at a later fill.

Keep the treatment distinction clear

An FDA-approved branded medicine and a compounded preparation have different regulatory status. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. Trials of an approved product do not prove that every compounded version has the same performance.

Ask the prescribing professional why the exact product is appropriate for you, and identify the dispensing pharmacy. A price, a website’s appearance, or a place in this list cannot establish personal suitability. Our guide to compounded drugs and FDA approval explains the distinction.

Before you make a change

Check whether a separate nonmedical WeightWatchers subscription remains active if you change medical programs. A new prescription service does not automatically replace an existing app plan.

If you rely on insurance, ask the receiving clinician what records and authorizations are required before the next refill. Plan the care transition separately from membership cancellation.
