What we check
We look for an identifiable business and website; a clear description of the prescribing and dispensing process; disclosed pricing and billing conditions; cancellation and refund language; and relevant public regulatory information. We prioritize the provider’s own documents for its policies and government or medical references for treatment context.
A source checked date means we retrieved the material on that date. It is not a guarantee that the underlying information is complete or that the provider continues to follow it. Search snippets and social posts can identify questions, but they do not prove clinical safety.
What a review cannot establish
We have not independently audited every clinician’s license, inspected pharmacy facilities, tested a medication batch, or verified clinical outcomes. A license must be checked for the specific prescriber and dispensing pharmacy involved in your care. We explicitly distinguish a provider claim from independently established medical evidence.
We do not invent star ratings, patient testimonials, doctor bylines, or medical reviewer credentials. No article should be read as a personalized recommendation or an assurance that a provider or medication is safe.
How best-of lists work

That position is predetermined by the commercial relationship, not earned through a blinded test or clinical outcome comparison. Other entries illustrate different pricing and care models; their order does not rank medical quality.
Each list identifies what was compared and the main limitations. We include FDA-approved alternatives where relevant and do not describe compounded drugs as FDA-approved, equivalent generics, or suitable for everyone.
