The clinical entities need their own checks

MEDVi’s current public footer lists Triad Rx, Red Rock, and Beaker among its pharmacy partners. A partner list does not identify which pharmacy will fill a particular patient’s order or verify its authority to ship into that patient’s state.

The FDA letter concerns GLP-1 marketing reviewed in December 2025. It should not be generalized into a finding about every MEDVi product or every patient. We have not established a later FDA closeout in the materials used for this review, and we do not assume the warning has been resolved.

Ask for the actual clinician and dispensing pharmacy rather than a general partner list. Check state records and obtain instructions for the exact product. A platform can be identifiable while individual care arrangements still require verification.
