What the company actually does
MEDVi presents an online platform with provider review and pharmacy fulfillment. Its public disclosure names OpenLoop Health and CareGLP-affiliated professional entities in connection with medical care, and identifies several pharmacy partners. Those are provider disclosures, not a license audit conducted by this publication.
A material part of this review is the FDA’s February 20, 2026 warning letter addressed to MEDVi, LLC. The letter concerns misleading marketing of compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, including product labeling and claims that could imply approval. The existence of a real business does not remove those concerns.

The QUAD erectile-dysfunction page advertises a per-dose amount, but that is a different service from a GLP-1 weight-loss plan. Ask for the quantity, payment schedule, renewal amount, and cancellation terms of the specific product you are considering.

The FDA letter concerns GLP-1 marketing reviewed in December 2025. It should not be generalized into a finding about every MEDVi product or every patient. We have not established a later FDA closeout in the materials used for this review, and we do not assume the warning has been resolved.
Safety is specific to the treatment
Where a plan uses compounded medication, the product is not FDA-approved. A medical assessment should consider your conditions, current prescriptions, past reactions, and the exact formulation. An approved product’s research does not automatically establish the performance of a compounded version.

Cancellation and refund details
The main site links to terms and a refund policy. Some linked legal destinations did not load successfully during this research, so we cannot certify their current contents. Ask support for a working policy URL or a copy of the terms before committing to a prepaid plan.
For an existing charge, identify whether the issue is cancelling future service, requesting a refund, or stopping an unfilled order. Ask support to document the prescription stage and the exact policy relied on. A failure to retrieve a document is a verification gap, not proof that the company has no policy.

A reasonable evaluation of MEDVi includes the current provider disclosures and the regulatory letter together. A star rating or a favorable testimonial cannot answer whether the precise formulation, clinician, and pharmacy are appropriate for you.
Readers considering QUAD need an additional interaction review because it is an ED product, not a weight-loss medication. Its component drugs and compounded combination require their own assessment; confidence in one MEDVi program cannot be transferred to another.
