Billing, shipping, or a medical question?

Ivím’s terms describe an individualized compounded GLP-1 program with check-ins and clinical oversight. Confirm the actual pharmacy, formulation, refill timing, and any plan expiration rather than assuming a six-month purchase means six identical vials delivered at once. A pharmacist is the appropriate contact for a product label, storage condition, or measuring instruction. Your prescribing clinician is the appropriate contact for a treatment decision. Ask support to route the issue rather than accepting a general sales answer as clinical advice.
