A refill with MEDVi can involve a patient check-in, clinician approval, pharmacy preparation, and shipping. A charge on your statement does not tell you that all four steps are complete. Keeping them separate makes it easier to find the source of a delay.
This guide identifies the published process and any missing or conflicting deadlines. It then explains what to check in your own account, how to ask for an order status, and when the clinical team needs to be involved.
MEDVi directs patients to an all-in-one patient portal for provider check-ins and care management. Its materials refer to ongoing health updates, but we could not verify a universal refill-request deadline or a guaranteed shipping date for every program.

How do MEDVi refills work, and when must a patient check in?
MEDVi directs patients to an all-in-one patient portal for provider check-ins and care management. Its materials refer to ongoing health updates, but we could not verify a universal refill-request deadline or a guaranteed shipping date for every program.
Use the signed-in portal to identify outstanding forms and ask whether the next prescription has been approved and sent to the pharmacy. Request the check-in date, billing date, and expected dispatch separately; contact the care team if an interruption is approaching.
Track the clinical and order milestones
In the official portal, look for the next check-in date, any unanswered clinical question, the prescription status, and the pharmacy or shipment status. Save the dates as you complete each step. If a deadline is not shown, ask support for the date that applies to your plan rather than borrowing another patient’s schedule.
When completing a check-in, report current treatment, relevant symptoms, and changes in other medicines accurately. A refill review is a clinical step, not merely a purchase confirmation. If the portal lacks the expected button or form, send the team the specific task you are trying to complete and the date you were told to use.
What to do before supply runs low
Ask whether the clinician has approved the prescription and whether the pharmacy has received it. If tracking is available, distinguish a created label from an actual carrier scan. Request the expected next milestone and the contact responsible for resolving it; a general statement that an order is processing may leave the important question unanswered.
Tell the prescribing team if a delay may interrupt care. Do not make a remaining supply last longer by changing the instructions yourself or place a duplicate medication order simply to bypass a portal problem. Confirm the next charge and any prepaid entitlement with billing separately. A multi-month purchase can still require clinical check-ins before later shipments are released.
Keep the MEDVi policy and portal record together
MEDVi describes independent clinical review and an all-in-one portal, but that does not establish one universal deadline or outcome for every program. Keep the written policy relevant to your question together with the status shown in your own account. If a support response is more general than a specific refund or privacy provision, ask the team to identify the provision it is applying. Administrative support and medical decisions may involve different people. A completed payment, portal message, or care form should not be used alone as proof that all later clinical and pharmacy steps are complete.
What should I do if my MEDVi shipment is delayed?
Check the MEDVi portal for incomplete clinical tasks and ask support which stage is delayed: clinician review, pharmacy preparation, or carrier transit. We did not verify a universal public delivery guarantee that would resolve every late order.
Keep the order number, approval date, tracking history, and messages. If the carrier has no parcel scan, ask whether it has actually received the package. Tell the clinician if you may miss treatment; do not change the prescription to stretch the remaining supply.

Can I pause MEDVi without cancelling?
MEDVi’s reviewed cancellation policy does not establish a guaranteed, separate pause feature that suspends all charges. Ask the patient-support team to confirm an actual hold, its duration, and whether the subscription continues during it.
Specify whether you want to pause a shipment, future billing, or treatment. Keep the response with your renewal date. Stopping messages or skipping a check-in should not be treated as confirmed cancellation.
