No general Shed phone number was verified in the sources used for this page. We have deliberately left the number blank rather than repeat one from a third-party directory.

The reviewed terms provide the support email and the main site links to the portal. We did not verify a general customer-service phone number; a group-coaching dial-in is not a substitute.

The official website and patient login

Start with the official Shed website. Its published account route is the Shed patient sign-in.

If a bookmarked page stops working, return to the official site instead of selecting a sponsored search result or entering your password into a lookalike address. We do not ask for your password, a one-time code, or a payment card. A service may legitimately use another domain for its portal; the link from its own site is the evidence to check.

Billing, shipping, or a medical question?

For a charge or renewal, ask the administrative team to identify the plan and transaction. The Shed pricing guide explains the items to compare. For a shipment, provide your order number and ask whether the prescription is awaiting approval, at the pharmacy, or already with the carrier.

Shed says compounded medication is prepared by licensed pharmacies after provider prescribing. It does not mean the platform itself manufactures or dispenses your treatment. Identify the actual professional practice and pharmacy for your order. A pharmacist is the appropriate contact for a product label, storage condition, or measuring instruction. Your prescribing clinician is the appropriate contact for a treatment decision. Ask support to route the issue rather than accepting a general sales answer as clinical advice.

If you cannot get into the account

Use the reset or account-recovery link reached from the official site. Check that you are using the email or phone associated with the original purchase, and look in spam for a reset message. Avoid repeatedly creating new accounts: that can separate the order history from the account you are trying to recover.

If recovery fails, use the verified Shed contact route above and describe the error without sending a password or security code. Ask for an account-recovery process. We have not tested access to a private patient account and do not claim that login will work for a specific patient.

If the reason for contact is cancellation

The terms distinguish monthly and multi-month subscription arrangements, cancellation cutoffs, and financial consequences during a committed term. Read the section tied to your plan rather than assuming that cancelling access also refunds a prepaid or financed balance.
