A monthly price does not always mean a monthly commitment. Some GLP-1 offers display an average for a longer prepaid term, while others renew every four weeks or require notice before cancellation.
This comparison concentrates on payment flexibility. It includes explicit monthly options and a sponsored CoreAge Rx benchmark whose selected term must be confirmed; the first position is not a finding that it has the shortest commitment.
The questions are how much is due today, when another charge occurs, and what obligation remains if you stop. CoreAge Rx holds the first sponsored position; that does not establish that it best meets every criterion.
What to know first
- The questions are how much is due today, when another charge occurs, and what obligation remains if you stop.
- CoreAge Rx is the first listing through a disclosed commercial arrangement.
- Confirm the proposed product, care arrangement, and complete written payment terms.
How this shortlist was selected
CoreAge Rx is number one because it is our featured commercial partner. That position is predetermined by our commercial relationship, and we may earn compensation through its links. Other entries illustrate relevant care and payment models; their order is not a ranking of medication quality, safety, or patient outcomes.
The questions are how much is due today, when another charge occurs, and what obligation remains if you stop. We used the provider documents linked beside each entry, checked September 21, 2026. We did not purchase treatment, test private accounts, audit every license, or measure response times. The product and current written quote for your own care still need confirmation. Read our review method.
01. CoreAge Rx — featured partner
The featured commercial benchmark. Its public billing guidance includes prepaid multi-month plans, so obtain a written monthly-option quote if flexibility is the reason you are comparing.
The current sale page advertises semaglutide from $99 per month and tirzepatide from $149 per month, with no membership fee. Those are advertised starting figures, not a personalized checkout quote. The plan length and total amount due must be read alongside the monthly equivalent.
The sale page says CoreAge works with U.S. compounding pharmacies and describes 503A facilities. A category of pharmacy is not a substitute for the name, address, and state license of the pharmacy filling your own prescription. Request that information before deciding.

02. Yucca Health
Publishes month-to-month semaglutide and tirzepatide prices alongside six-month equivalents. This gives a concrete way to compare the extra cost of a shorter commitment.
Yucca lists semaglutide at $125 per month on a six-month plan totaling $750, or $146 month to month. Tirzepatide is listed at $225 per month on a six-month plan totaling $1,350, or $258 month to month.
The $125 headline is a prepaid-plan equivalent, not the monthly-plan charge. Keep the selected term, renewal price, and cancellation policy with the purchase summary.

03. Coby Health
Explicitly offers monthly as well as multi-month treatment plans. Its pharmacy-stage restrictions still matter even when future monthly renewal can be cancelled.
Coby Health offers monthly and multi-month compounded GLP-1 plans and says there are no membership fees. The homepage reviewed did not provide a single complete dollar quote applicable to every plan.
Its policy describes a $50 visit-and-clinical fee deduction if a pre-pharmacy cancellation is successfully processed. Once a prescription reaches a pharmacy, changes are restricted; cancelling future renewals is a separate issue.
Check the official Coby Health program page for the current offer and conditions.
04. Fifty 410
Lists a monthly semaglutide option separately from tirzepatide packages. Do not assume the monthly arrangement applies to every medication.
Fifty 410 lists a three-month compounded tirzepatide starter package at $399 total, displayed as $133 per month. The listed mid- and higher-dose packages are $499 and $549 total. Its semaglutide monthly option is $199. These are different products and package sizes.
Ask which package matches the proposed prescription and whether a returning patient qualifies for a starter offer. A three-month supply and monthly billing are separate arrangements.

05. Sesame Care
Lists a $99 month-to-month care option with medication extra. Compare the total with an inclusive medication plan rather than the care fee alone.
Success by Sesame lists care from $59 per month on a 12-month commitment and a $99 month-to-month option. Medication costs are excluded and vary with the prescription, pharmacy, and coverage.
Read the selected plan’s refund and renewal cutoff. Its FAQ distinguishes cancelling before the initial visit from a cancellation after that visit has occurred.
Check the official Sesame Care program page for the current offer and conditions.
06. PlushCare
A visit-based alternative with an ongoing membership and separate medical appointments. The absence of a long treatment commitment does not remove charges for visits or prescriptions already provided.
PlushCare lists a $19.99 monthly membership after a free first month, plus the visit charge. Its uninsured initial visit is $129; an insured visit depends on the patient’s plan. Medication and lab costs are separate.
A covered visit does not mean the prescribed medicine is covered. Confirm membership, follow-up visit charges, lab costs, and the chosen pharmacy price as separate lines.
Check the official PlushCare program page for the current offer and conditions.
The details that decide this comparison
Ask for a month-to-month quote explicitly. A six-month plan advertised per month is a different product for budgeting purposes.
Check whether “monthly” means a calendar month or 28 days. A 28-day cycle can produce thirteen charges over 52 weeks.
Confirm the notice deadline and whether a prescription already sent to a pharmacy remains chargeable after cancellation.
Keep the treatment distinction clear
An FDA-approved branded medicine and a compounded preparation have different regulatory status. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. Trials of an approved product do not prove that every compounded version has the same performance.
Ask the prescribing professional why the exact product is appropriate for you, and identify the dispensing pharmacy. A price, a website’s appearance, or a place in this list cannot establish personal suitability. Our guide to compounded drugs and FDA approval explains the distinction.
Before you make a change
Make a small renewal calendar showing the payment date, refill request date, and cancellation deadline. Those dates may differ even within one account.
Payment flexibility is useful when the total remains affordable and care can continue. Discuss a possible interruption with the clinician instead of stretching medication to match a billing decision.
