Cancelling Mochi Health can mean stopping future billing, stopping a pending prescription order, or asking for a refund. Those are different requests. The safest administrative approach is to identify each one explicitly and keep a written record.

This review does not establish the outcome of an individual cancellation. Save the membership renewal date, medication order date, and applicable refund policy, then request written confirmation of the changes to both charges.
Find the plan and order before contacting support
Mochi advertises a $39 first membership month for eligible new subscribers and a $79 ongoing monthly membership. Its August 2026 pricing explanation describes dose-based compounded semaglutide prices of $60–$99 and tirzepatide prices of $90–$199, with medication billed separately.
Open the receipt and write down the purchase date, selected term, amount paid, and any upcoming renewal. Then identify the medical and pharmacy stages. A completed intake form, issued prescription, prepared order, and dispatched package may have different consequences under the policy. Do not guess the stage from the date alone.

A clear request to send
You can adapt this wording without including private medical details: “Please cancel future renewals for my Mochi Health plan. My order number is [number], and the purchase date is [date]. Please confirm the effective cancellation date, whether any prescription is already being fulfilled, and whether any further charge is scheduled.”
If you also want a refund, add a separate request: “Please review refund eligibility for the unused portion or unfilled order and identify the policy that applies. Please confirm the approved amount and when it will be returned, or explain the reason if the request is declined.” These examples help make the request clear; they do not guarantee a result.
Make the care transition a separate conversation
Mochi’s pricing article says its transition to dose-based prices did not change the pharmacies or additives for the plans discussed. It does not identify your personal dispensing pharmacy. Confirm the pharmacy and complete formulation shown in your own care plan.
A billing cancellation is not a medical plan for stopping a treatment, restarting after an interruption, or changing providers. Ask the prescribing professional about the next step and what records a new clinician will need. Do not use a leftover vial on an improvised schedule or carry over syringe instructions to a different formulation.
What to keep after the request
Retain the original terms, receipts, message timestamps, account confirmation, and any refund response. If the next statement shows a charge you did not expect, ask support to identify it against those records. The question may be an already-prepared order, a separate membership, or an unprocessed cancellation; the documentation should establish which.
