Cancelling TrimRx can mean stopping future billing, stopping a pending prescription order, or asking for a refund. Those are different requests. The safest administrative approach is to identify each one explicitly and keep a written record.
This guide uses the provider materials behind our TrimRx review. It describes the published policy and its limits; it does not establish whether a particular charge is refundable or replace the agreement associated with your purchase.
The current terms distinguish cancelling future unfilled orders from refunding a prepaid balance. They state that a request for the unused prepaid portion of a multi-month plan must be made separately within 28 days of payment, subject to the detailed policy. Simply cancelling does not automatically request that refund.

What the published policy says
The current terms distinguish cancelling future unfilled orders from refunding a prepaid balance. Simply cancelling does not automatically request that refund.
A prescription already transmitted to the pharmacy continues through fulfillment under the stated policy. The terms also describe full refunds for provider-determined medical disqualification and certain processing errors. Save the payment date, prescription status, cancellation request, and confirmation; do not rely on a guarantee summarized in a blog.
Find the plan and order before contacting support
TrimRx’s terms list a GLP-1 first-month package at $199 and follow-up at $299. The GLP-1 plus GIP package, described as compounded tirzepatide if prescribed, is listed at $349 initially and $399 for follow-up. These are terms-page figures checked on the research date, not an assurance that every promotion uses them.
Open the receipt and write down the purchase date, selected term, amount paid, and any upcoming renewal. Then identify the medical and pharmacy stages. A completed intake form, issued prescription, prepared order, and dispatched package may have different consequences under the policy. Do not guess the stage from the date alone.

A clear request to send
You can adapt this wording without including private medical details: “Please cancel future renewals for my TrimRx plan. My order number is [number], and the purchase date is [date]. Please confirm the effective cancellation date, whether any prescription is already being fulfilled, and whether any further charge is scheduled.”
If you also want a refund, add a separate request: “Please review refund eligibility for the unused portion or unfilled order and identify the policy that applies. Please confirm the approved amount and when it will be returned, or explain the reason if the request is declined.” These examples help make the request clear; they do not guarantee a result.
Make the care transition a separate conversation
TrimRx says independent pharmacies prepare and ship compounded prescriptions. Its own footer explains that packaging may not carry the TrimRx name. The correct pharmacy to verify is therefore the actual dispenser on your prescription and label, not the marketing brand.
A billing cancellation is not a medical plan for stopping a treatment, restarting after an interruption, or changing providers. Ask the prescribing professional about the next step and what records a new clinician will need. Do not use a leftover vial on an improvised schedule or carry over syringe instructions to a different formulation.
What to keep after the request
Retain the original terms, receipts, message timestamps, account confirmation, and any refund response. If the next statement shows a charge you did not expect, ask support to identify it against those records. The question may be an already-prepared order, a separate membership, or an unprocessed cancellation; the documentation should establish which.
