What the published prices establish

The official pricing help page lists a compounded semaglutide monthly plan at $249, a three-month plan at $687 upfront, and an eligible new-user starter package at $477 for three months. The starter offer has state restrictions.

The same page lists tirzepatide plans including $987 for three months and $1,794 for six months, and describes branded access through a separate $99 monthly membership with medication billed by the pharmacy. The homepage’s lower “as low as” figure should be reconciled with the exact current offer.

What to put in your comparison

Zappy is useful to compare when considering prepaid plans and state-specific starter offers. The exact state and program should be entered into the comparison before using a low monthly equivalent.

For Zappy Health, ask support to supply one dated quote identifying the medication and formulation, the term, the number of shipments, and any mandatory care charge. If one plan is prepaid for three months, compare its full three-month commitment with three months of the alternative, including membership and planned follow-up.
